Refund Policy

At My Pet Kart, we take great pride in providing high-quality, all-natural dehydrated chicken treats for dogs. Due to the nature of our products and for the safety and well-being of all our customers, we do not offer refunds or returns on any food items once they have been shipped.

Exceptions (Replacement Policy):

We understand that issues may arise, and we are happy to assist in the following cases:

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

• If you receive the wrong item, we will gladly send the correct product at no additional cost within 7-14 business days.

To report an issue, please email us at support@mypetkart.in with your order number and details. Our team will review the case and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
