Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

Shipping Methods & Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method selected.
Free shipping is available on orders over INR 799/-, applicable to standard shipping only.

Delivery Time:

Orders Delivered: Typically 7-14 business days (please note, this may vary depending on location)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to control any delays that may occur with the shipping carrier.

International Shipping:

We currently ship only in India.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.
If you have not received your tracking number or have any issues tracking your package, please contact us at support@mypetkart.in.

Address Accuracy:

Please double-check the accuracy of your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. In case of damage, we also recommend taking photos of the package and the items for your records.

Returns & Exchanges:

We do not accept returns and exchanges as these are food items.
