3.3 We accept payments through Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Netbanking. Your order will only be processed once payment is successfully received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Orders are processed within 7 business days and shipped via shiprocket. Delivery times vary based on location.
4.2 My Pet Kart is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
4.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered orders due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds. However, if you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days for a Replacement.
